A big part of our culture is playing a big role in our community. From volunteering our time to donating funds to participating in local events and worthwhile organizations, we are steadfast in keeping our community strong while sharing our good fortunes with those less fortunate.

SERVE


Our Setpoint Employee Relief & Volunteer Efforts (SERVE) Program is sustained by internal funding and was created to provide financial and moral support to employees and their families affected by natural or home disasters, medical emergencies, or any unforeseen personal hardships.

HOMETOWN HEROES

This commitment to excellence influences our passion to perform, the way we treat each other, and the “family” bond that we share that enables us to accomplish incredible things together.

It means something special to be an employee at Setpoint, to be part of this family. Woven into the fabric of who WE are is a selfless spirit, a tireless work ethic, a desire for excellence, and a passion to positively change the environment around us. So it stands to reason, that the type of individual that we call a Setpoint employee would not only leave a lasting impression on our customers but also would have a positive impact on the communities in which we work and live.

Hometown Heroes are Setpoint employees who give of their time, effort, and self outside of their daily commitment to the company to positively impact their community. Through our Hometown Heroes Program, we routinely recognize these individuals, the selfless work and commitment they’ve exhibited, and the causes they support.

Each month that Hometown Heroes are selected and featured in this space, the Company will make a $500 donation to the organization or cause they support. If you would like to tell your own Hometown Hero story or nominate a co-worker please email communications@setpointis.com.
