Job Summary:

To ensure that the finished product leaving Setpoint Integrated Solutions meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customer’s purchase order, the customers scope of work, and/or the customer’s special instructions. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving and stocking Inventory items, as well as pulling, packing and shipping Inventory items as requested and per Setpoint Quality Procedures.
  • Perform Inventory Cycle Counts to ensure Inventory accuracy with system data
  • Verify delivery tickets to product shipping out, make sure all shipping instructions match the customer’s purchase order and also the sales order.
  • Maintain the company trucks. Example: Check in, Check out, Maintenance, inspections, etc.
  • Learn the Setpoint Quality Procedures (QP), Safety Procedures (SP) and work instructions (WI). Learn the production processes and company work flow
  • Learn how to read, interpret, and train others on safety data sheets (SDS), pre-cautions, personnel protection equipment (PPE), hazards levels, etc.
  • Make sure Warehouse stays clean, safe and clear of debris and clutter, and organized including: Sweep the warehouse, empty trash, wipe shelves, straighten product on a daily basis.
  • Properly check in all inventory, verify inventory received is in good condition, verify inventory received matches shipping label and properly tag all items according to the shipping and receiving quality manual.
  • Become familiar with product and be able to recognize damaged product, or non-conforming items when receiving into or issuing from inventory.
  • Attend weekly trainings, as permitted by work schedule.
  • Report any safety, shipping, delivery, or inventory issues to the Warehouse Manager
  • Safely secure load prior to and during operation of a Company Vehicle during Inventory pickup and/or delivery.
  • Operate a Company Vehicle as required in a safe manner and in accordance with Setpoint Safety Procedures.
  • Operate and maneuver a Company Vehicle with various types of trailers attached.
  • Obey all State and Local Driving Regulations while in operation of a Company Vehicle during Inventory pickup and/or delivery.

Job Summary

The Service Coordinator II provides a variety of activities and related tasks as it pertains to coordinating repair jobs. The Services Coordinator II will be responsible for scheduling, ordering needed materials and working directly with the customers to ensure a prompt and accurate product.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedules repair opportunities with customers and the shop foreman for best delivery
  • Updates the Production Board, Foreman/Production Managers, Valvkeep, and customer of any changes to the schedule
  • Schedules and prepares scope of work for all field service work with customer and Shop Foreman
  • Turnaround/ outage cost track and weekly invoicing
  • Updates the customer on pricing while valve is still in house to insure that the purchase order is updated for same day invoicing
  • Identify revenue opportunities within customers’ communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed
  • Plans, coordinates and prepares valve specifications and/or material
    requisitions and bid evaluations
  • Provide technical support and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems as required
  • Provides engineering support to customers and make recommendations on product selection and applications for our products
  • Examines ways to offer practical, creative alternatives that increase Setpoint’s chances of successfully closing orders at higher margins; in addition, to giving the customer the best solution for their application
  • Review the process of customer’s Requests For Quotations (RFQs) to help keep the process and criteria current in order to reach bid decisions, which best satisfies the company’s goals and objectives
  • Source and procure direct shipment, special, and rush order items in a cost effective and timely manner
  • Follow-up on open quotations and respond to customer requests
  • Identify and close additional purchases of products and services by customers’ communities.

Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain product database with product specifications, artwork and catalog copy for customer advertising and catalog programs;
  • Directs and performs all aspects of product development, product changes, and product promotions including development procedures, specifying components, packing and header design, product positioning, pricing, catalog, and sell copy sheet, training aids, and point of purchase merchandisers;

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of shop operations (including warehouse when applicable).  Responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, daily prioritization and scheduling of repair/production activities, management of the training and qualifications for shop (and warehouse) employees, and the management of repair quotation/customer service team.  The Operations Manager is responsible for continuous improvement on our plant operations and reduces cost while ensuring all products meet/exceed safety, quality, and service expectation as defined by our customer.  This role is responsible for safely getting the right product out the door, on time, on budget.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of shop operations
  • Implement safety policies consistent with Company’s general policies and any service-specific policies
  • Oversee production schedules to ensure that customer delivery requirements are met
  • Supervise shop Production Managers, Repair Coordinators, and Warehouse Manager/Supervisor (when applicable – varies by location)
  • Develop and manage personnel training programs to ensure people with key skills are available and adequately trained
  • Oversee quoting, pricing and maintaining reasonable margin on repair jobs
  • Responsible for managing time spent on repair jobs
  • Responsible for assessing and providing resources to handle the workload in the shop

  • Demonstrate proficient use of precision dimensional equipment (i.e. dial caliper, micrometer, etc.)
  • Demonstrate ability to bend and fit tubing
