Job Summary:

The Machinist will perform various types of machining processes on a variety of machine tools. Can operate mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Cleans and deburrs material as needed to remove sharp edges and allow for placement in vises or fixtures. Operate drill presses, honing machines, hydraulic presses, etc. Have strong shop math skills, good understanding of measurements. Familiarity with hand tools.

Job Summary:

To ensure that the finished product leaving Setpoint Integrated Solutions meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customer’s purchase order, the customers scope of work, and/or the customer’s special instructions. Helps coordinate all quality/safety related functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company personnel. Make sure all deliveries are made in an on time manner.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving and stocking Inventory items, as well as pulling, packing and shipping Inventory items as requested and per Setpoint Quality Procedures.
  • Perform Inventory Cycle Counts to ensure Inventory accuracy with system data
  • Verify delivery tickets to product shipping out, make sure all shipping instructions match the customer’s purchase order and also the sales order.
  • Maintain the company trucks. Example: Check in, Check out, Maintenance, inspections, etc.
  • Learn the Setpoint Quality Procedures (QP), Safety Procedures (SP) and work instructions (WI). Learn the production processes and company work flow
  • Learn how to read, interpret, and train others on safety data sheets (SDS), pre-cautions, personnel protection equipment (PPE), hazards levels, etc.
  • Make sure Warehouse stays clean, safe and clear of debris and clutter, and organized including: Sweep the warehouse, empty trash, wipe shelves, straighten product on a daily basis.
  • Properly check in all inventory, verify inventory received is in good condition, verify inventory received matches shipping label and properly tag all items according to the shipping and receiving quality manual.
  • Become familiar with product and be able to recognize damaged product, or non-conforming items when receiving into or issuing from inventory.
  • Attend weekly trainings, as permitted by work schedule.
  • Report any safety, shipping, delivery, or inventory issues to the Warehouse Manager
  • Safely secure load prior to and during operation of a Company Vehicle during Inventory pickup and/or delivery.
  • Operate a Company Vehicle as required in a safe manner and in accordance with Setpoint Safety Procedures.

Job Summary:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all assigned Direct Reports
  • Hold required weekly Safety Meetings, and others as required by Setpoint’s Safety Procedures
  • Communicate workload within the Shop to Employees and coordinate assignment of work with the Shop Foreman.
  • Make sure all jobs are completed and delivered on time with the highest quality and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure all employees are Trained and Certified on applicable Product.

Job Summary:

Job Summary:

  • Manage time and material resources in order to execute both shop and on-site Service profitably and in accordance with the contracted scope of work

  • Basic understanding of schematics / P&IDs and the ability to read and interpret maintenance and repair manuals.

Skills and abilities:

  • Operational experience with system operations and valves in Oil & Gas and Chemical & Power industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systemic problems.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be capable to work in conditions that are consistent with a manufacturing and service organization consisting of work environments ranging from a workshop to on-site at a heavy industry facility.Frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating sales efforts at key industry specific accounts within your assigned territory.  A target account list will be determined by the Regional Sales Manager in conjunction with the General Manager.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and retain relationships with key buying influences and key management contacts at site by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers
  • Responsible for the direct day to day selling of all Setpoint product and service offerings
  • Regularly meets with Regional Sales Manager and/or General Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals, and status of key customer relationships
  • Develop, maintain, and implement an account strategy and plan with management
  • Schedules and completes proactive customer calls and visits and captures key information in the Company’s information systems
  • Identify capital projects, maintenance outages, and other spending events early and alert appropriate personnel
  • Partners with the operations team, when needed, to address customer services issues
  • Builds relationships and increases Company visibility through participation in Company-sponsored activities, trade shows, chamber of commerce events and other similar activities
  • Assure delivery of total customer care
  • Create and maintain customer trust in Setpoint as a quality, value-added, solutions provider

Education & Experience

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

The Automated Valve Technician will perform basic new Pneumatic  (only) Actuator Valve assembly (including tubing), setting stops, setting limit switches, positioner setup, solenoid tubing “Small” Electric Actuator Valve assembly, setting torque and limit switches. Pneumatic Actuator Valve repair, assembly, limit setting, testing. The Automated Valve Technician will also perform electric Actuator Valve assembly, electric Actuator Valve repair, limit setting and testing.

Positional Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Meets all Automated Valve Tech I & II qualifications and requirements.
  • Proficient in Automated Valve Tech I & II responsibilities
  • Successful completion of Automated Valve Level III Written and Performance Test
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years Automated Valve experience
  • High School Diploma or GED plus 5 or more years industry experience

Skills & Abilities

  • Working knowledge and proficiency of leading manufacturer Automated valve lines
  • Experienced trainer of Automated Valve Level I & II Technicians
  • Demonstrate the ability to properly assemble pneumatic and electric actuator valves/equipment of multiple automated valve manufacturers per OEM Installation Operation Manuals (IOM).
  • Demonstrate the ability to properly test, and repair pneumatic and electric actuator valves/equipment of multiple Automated valve manufacturers per OEM standards
  • Capability to fully overhaul any 3 phase electric actuator in the shop or field
  • Trouble shoot all types of pneumatic accessories (Limit Switches, Positioners, Solenoids)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage people
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated “can do” attitude and excellent customer service skills
