Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and increasing sales at assigned accounts within your territory. Account lists will be determined by the Sales Director of Instrumentation and Distributed Products in conjunction with the General Manager. The Account Manager is expected to promote instrumentation and distributed products within their assigned accounts and to work in coordination with Account Managers representing other product offerings of Setpoint Integrated Solutions to increase market share year over year. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

● Responsible for the direct day to day selling of instrumentation and distributed products and service offerings, specifically using ValvKeep and Application Selling methods to drive new business

● Become subject matter expert to major product lines

● Build, maintain, and retain relationships with key buying influences and key management contacts at site by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty

● Work in coordination with Account Managers representing other product offerings of Setpoint within given accounts, and be a champion of teamwork to collectively support customer needs

● Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers

● Participate in OEM training classes to understand technical differentiators of our OEM product offerings

Job Summary:

The Applications Specialist role is the conduit through which our customers communicate their product needs to us and we translate these needs to winning product and/or service proposals for complex systems, applications and WIP jobs. Creating a winning proposal requires an ability to accurately ascertain the customer’s need, correctly size and select a solution, negotiate as appropriate a competitive price from our suppliers, and translate this in to a compelling offer to the customer. The Applications Specialist serves as an internal subject matter expert (SME) on specific product lines and/or applications, and is a partner in the sales strategy and execution with the Account Manager.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and retain relationships with key buying influences and key management contacts by building effective long-term relationships and Customer loyalty often in collaboration with the Account Manager
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, product lines, sales territories, product applications, and applicable pricing structures.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of various fluid and chemical types, pressure, and the mechanical functions of products in order to size/select the appropriate Customer Solution
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of OEM and Global Alliance Agreements and appropriately apply to the Customer Solutions Process
  • On occasion, when needed and requested by the Account Manager, make Customer site-visits to serve as a product/application SME in the Sales process.
  • Serve as the technical product/application SME on Customer calls both directly and in collaboration with the Account Manager
  • Facilitate intake of Customer Solutions requests and required specifications to then initiate the engineering of a Customer Solution quotation including:
    • Sizing and selecting of valves, parts and applications and typically with oversight/input from the Sr. Applications Specialist
    • Communication with Jr. level Engineering and/or Buyer representatives at the Customer level  to determine the appropriate solution
    • Set the appropriate quotation pricing and margin per the Setpoint BOA and typically with oversight/input from the Sr. Applications Specialist in order to provide a competitive Customer Solution
    • Sourcing of materials as needed
  • Partner with the Operations team and Services Coordinators, when needed, to address Customer Service issues
  • Create and maintain Customer trust in Setpoint as a quality, value-added, solutions provider
  • Accurately capture quote data in quote log and order information into Oracle or effectively pass on to administration for entry according to branch standard procedures
  • Accurately place purchase orders on the suppliers and then follow up as appropriate to ensure on time delivery to meet commitments to customer

Job Summary

The Service Coordinator II provides a variety of activities and related tasks as it pertains to coordinating repair jobs. The Services Coordinator II will be responsible for scheduling, ordering needed materials and working directly with the customers to ensure a prompt and accurate product.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedules repair opportunities with customers and the shop foreman for best delivery
  • Updates the Production Board, Foreman/Production Managers, Valvkeep, and customer of any changes to the schedule
  • Schedules and prepares scope of work for all field service work with customer and Shop Foreman
  • Turnaround/ outage cost track and weekly invoicing
  • Updates the customer on pricing while valve is still in house to ensure that the purchase order is updated for same day invoicing
  • Identify revenue opportunities within customers’ communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed
  • Plans, coordinates and prepares valve specifications and/or material
    requisitions and bid evaluations
  • Provide technical support and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems as required
  • Provides engineering support to customers and make recommendations on product selection and applications for our products
  • Examines ways to offer practical, creative alternatives that increase Setpoint’s chances of successfully closing orders at higher margins; in addition, to giving the customer the best solution for their application
  • Review the process of customer’s Requests For Quotations (RFQs) to help keep the process and criteria current in order to reach bid decisions, which best satisfies the company’s goals and objectives
  • Source and procure direct shipment, special, and rush order items in a cost effective and timely manner
  • Follow-up on open quotations and respond to customer requests
  • Identify and close additional purchases of products and services by customers’ communities.
  • Work closely with Sales Support, Account Managers and Business Development
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients, demonstrations and presentations
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible assisting the Account Manager in driving, coordinating, and increasing sales at assigned accounts within your territory.  The Field Sales Representative will support the Account Manager in the field sales process and associated customer requirements for product field surveys, quotations and inventory managed order fulfillment and repair services.

Job Summary:

To ensure that the finished product leaving Setpoint Integrated Solutions meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customer’s purchase order, the customers scope of work, and/or the customer’s special instructions.  Work with Quality/Safety Representative to coordinate all quality/safety related functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company personnel.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all assigned Direct Reports
  • Hold required weekly Safety Meetings, and others as required by Setpoint’s Safety Procedures
  • Communicate workload within the Shop to Employees and coordinate assignment of work with the Shop Foreman.
  • Make sure all jobs are completed and delivered on time with the highest quality and cost efficiency.
  • Serve as primary branch-level resource for quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to the Setpoint Quality Management System
  • Communicate with Shop Foreman (where applicable) throughout the day on schedule changes.
  • Manage and help coordinate all field service work (scheduling, tooling, personal, PPE, Costing/pricing).
  • Enforce company rules and policies. Document any and all violations.
  • Implement and maintain maintenance program on all shop and field equipment
  • Familiar with the Setpoint Quality Procedures (QP), Safety Procedures (SP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Learn and enforce the usage of the ValvKeep Service Software as required by Setpoint Procedures, and hold accountability for location level data in the system.
  • Learn to read, interpret, and train others on Safety Data Sheets (SDS), pre-cautions, Personnel Protection Equipment (PPE), hazards levels, etc;
  • Ensure all needed shop supplies are available, and coordinate the ordering of shop supplies
  • Responsible for all parts requests to ensure timely ordering and materials to complete valves.
  • Learn the application of Quality Tools such as Positive Material Identification (PMI) machine, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges, Gauge Calibration etc;
  • Learn applicable Valve Standards as required by the job, and the corresponding test and/or inspection requirements
  • Supervise and assist when required the job process at the individual work stations to ensure the technicians follow quality/safety procedures efficiently;
  • Collaborate with Quality/ Safety lead on calibration and corresponding recordkeeping of company owned gauges, instruments and PMI machines;
  • Work with Quality/ Safety lead to record Internal Non-Conformance Reports (INCR);
  • Ensure all employees are Trained and Certified on applicable Product.
  • Work with Quality/ Safety lead on Safety Inspections of the shop, warehouse, and administrative areas during the daily routine walkthroughs of the site;
  • Familiar with ASME, NBIC, and VR Programs and ensure Employees are also trained on this material.
  • Interface with ASME, national Board, Customer and Manufacturer’s internal audits
  • Ensure Performance Reviews are given annually or as directed by Human Resources and/or the General Manager
  • Make sure shop stays clean, safe and clear of debris and clutter
  • Ensure all training is performed and documented in regards to Safety, Setpoint Quality Procedures, Site Specific and Work Instruction.
  • Oversee all cost spending on general shop items, supplies, and equipment

Job Summary

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible assisting the Account Manager in driving, coordinating, and increasing sales at assigned accounts within your territory.  The Field Sales Representative will support the Account Manager in the field sales process and associated customer requirements for product field surveys, quotations and inventory managed order fulfillment and repair services.

  • Build, maintain, and retain relationships with key buying influences and key management contacts at site by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty
  • Work in coordination with Account Managers representing other product offerings of Setpoint within given accounts, and be a champion of teamwork to collectively support customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers
  • Participate in OEM training classes to understand technical differentiators of our OEM product offerings

Job Summary:

To ensure that the finished product leaving Setpoint Integrated Solutions meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customer’s purchase order, the customers scope of work, and/or the customer’s special instructions.  Work with Quality/Safety Representative to coordinate all quality/safety related functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company personnel.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all assigned Direct Reports
  • Hold required weekly Safety Meetings, and others as required by Setpoint’s Safety Procedures
  • Communicate workload within the Shop to Employees and coordinate assignment of work with the Shop Foreman.
  • Make sure all jobs are completed and delivered on time with the highest quality and cost efficiency.
  • Serve as primary branch-level resource for quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to the Setpoint Quality Management System
  • Communicate with Shop Foreman (where applicable) throughout the day on schedule changes.
  • Manage and help coordinate all field service work (scheduling, tooling, personal, PPE, Costing/pricing).
  • Enforce company rules and policies. Document any and all violations.
  • Implement and maintain maintenance program on all shop and field equipment
  • Familiar with the Setpoint Quality Procedures (QP), Safety Procedures (SP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Learn and enforce the usage of the ValvKeep Service Software as required by Setpoint Procedures, and hold accountability for location level data in the system.
  • Learn to read, interpret, and train others on Safety Data Sheets (SDS), pre-cautions, Personnel Protection Equipment (PPE), hazards levels, etc;
  • Ensure all needed shop supplies are available, and coordinate the ordering of shop supplies
  • Responsible for all parts requests to ensure timely ordering and materials to complete valves.
  • Learn the application of Quality Tools such as Positive Material Identification (PMI) machine, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges, Gauge Calibration etc;
  • Learn applicable Valve Standards as required by the job, and the corresponding test and/or inspection requirements
  • Supervise and assist when required the job process at the individual work stations to ensure the technicians follow quality/safety procedures efficiently;
  • Collaborate with Quality/ Safety lead on calibration and corresponding recordkeeping of company owned gauges, instruments and PMI machines;
  • Work with Quality/ Safety lead to record Internal Non-Conformance Reports (INCR);
  • Ensure all employees are Trained and Certified on applicable Product.
  • Work with Quality/ Safety lead on Safety Inspections of the shop, warehouse, and administrative areas during the daily routine walkthroughs of the site;
  • Familiar with ASME, NBIC, and VR Programs and ensure Employees are also trained on this material.
  • Interface with ASME, national Board, Customer and Manufacturer’s internal audits
  • Ensure Performance Reviews are given annually or as directed by Human Resources and/or the General Manager
  • Make sure shop stays clean, safe and clear of debris and clutter
  • Ensure all training is performed and documented in regards to Safety, Setpoint Quality Procedures, Site Specific and Work Instruction.

Job Summary:

A Field Service Technician will be skilled and understand the purpose and principles of operating pressure relief and/or control valves. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, connection, servicing, testing, adjustment, repair, maintenance, removal, trouble shooting, inspection and replacement of safety, relief valves and control valves.

  • Education & Experience
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
    • Current or up-to-date TWIC (preferred)
    • Current Basic OSHA Safety Training (preferred)
    • Job specific degree and/or certification (preferred)
  • Skills & Abilities
    • Safety and quality-minded
    • Basic mechanical aptitude including, but not limited to, basic hand and power tool knowledge
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to Setpoint IS driving guidelines
  • Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening

 

Essential Physical Functions:

  • Travel: less than 5%
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, walking

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follows all Setpoint safety and quality procedures
  • Certified to operate Fork Lift
  • Operate equipment (overhead hoist, blaster, parts washer, torch, etc.)
  • Disassemble valve without damaging parts per the manufacturer’s Installation & Operation Manual
  • Document and enter job data into ValvKeep database and document photos
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Maintain equipment in area, as required
  • Cleaning, blasting, and painting valve components
  • Return Valves/Parts to Proper Bins, Boxes, etc.
  • May be required to help in field assignments
  • May be required to climb and work at various elevations depending on job scope
  • Operate motor vehicle, as required
  • Attend job and safety training, as necessary or required
